Staff were friendly and quick. Atmosphere and the place “hygge”. It was my first to visit the embassy, and they have given me an absolute services ️. Compared to my experienced in Norway, it takes only 30 mins but with my Norway experienced, it was chaotic! Got my passport in just 5 mins when I claimed it for released ️. Location is just 5 mins walk from Ørestad Metro St. Vest Amager (M1). Thank you ️
The entire process of my passport renewal runs smoothly. The staffs from the frontdesk up to the embassy were very charming and pleasant. They all helped me walk through the entire process of the application plus helped me on other inquiries I have on my case. Kudos!
The Philippine Embassy in Denmark staffs are very kind and helpful, easy to talk with and really assisting you to the best that they can. They helped and assisted me and the other stranded Au Pairs with all our concerns and they coordinated so well with the Commission of Filipinos Overseas to guide us until we get home safely. They never failed to answer our calls, and messages and find ways to help fellow Filipinos. I am very grateful for all the help and guidance that you all provided and to Ms. Star who stayed connected with us Au Pairs during this pandemic. Thank you, God Bless and more power!
My entire visit of the Philippines Embassy, did run very smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. They make u feel welcome and are very kindly. Thank u for the great service..! I did tho forgot to ask how long it will take before, i will recive ny new passport. So hopefully not very long.
The best Philippine Embassy that me and my wife went. We feel very welcomed. Staffs were very friendly, accommodating, detailed, and fast service. If I were to choose between the Philippine Embassy in Hague and Denmark, I would rather drive 11 hours to Denmark rather than driving less hours to Hague with unfriendly Embassy. (Referring to one of the staffs). Thanks to the following: Al-Bari, Knoy, Mariel, Sarah, for today we feel very welcomed, and we got all the information needed specially in this pandemic crisis.
The staffs are very accomodating, kind and most of all smiling. Didn’t expect that it just took us 10-15 minutes to renew our passport. Kudos and keep it up!
