We have contacted several wedding companies in Denmark in pursuit for an easy service that can fulfill our special requirements as well. After hard search with no luck for a year, we are so glad we found Ditte. She is helpful and kind beyond words. She worked hard for months in arranging for our complicated requirements (we wanted a civil registration but additionally receive religious blessings in church), keeping us informed of every step. She found us a civil marriage office, a beautiful cottage church and a warm hearted vicar who accepted to help us. On the day of event, the company staff were there before us, greeted us and guided us through all of it. Following the whole event, they proactively kept us informed of the progress in issuing our requested marriage papers. We shall never forget Ditte's personalized service and help for us to achieve our dream. We do not hesitate to recommend Danish Coastal Weddings to any couples out there. We booked Danish Coastal Weddings for our wedding in March 2019 and it was wonderful. We had an amazing weekend in Denmark. Everything went smooth and easy. We worked together with Ditte on the plan and we can recommend her as a wedding planer. We appreciated her way of handling the organization. She was always polite, friendly, calming and responded very quick on every question. In advance everything was organized pretty well. During the wedding she helped to set the decoration, catering and a singer as a surprise. We are thankful for everything and we will always remember this amazing day.
Ditte did a great job organizing our wedding on short notice, got us the date that we wanted, handled all the paperwork und was always quick to answer our messeges. The city hall in Elsinore is beautiful and the nearby castle a great place for a photoshooting! Still it wasn’t a perfect experience: 1) One of the forms we had to send to her a second time. No big deal. She had just moved her office to a new place and forgot to tell us, so we had filled out the form with the old address. 2) On the day of the wedding, we arrived at the city hall before her. Apperently, when she arrived, she was told that we hadn’t arrived yet, even though we had already been brought to the waiting room. Everything went very quickly and she only came in after the short ceremony was over. Luckily, our photographer was willing to act and sign as a replacement witness. 3) We needed the wedding certificates soon but decided to leave them with her so she could provide us with an apostille. We thought this way we could prevent any future problems with the documents. Unfortunately neither of us considered that the city‘s offices would be closed for the holidays which prolonged the process. Once they openend again she called the offices and tried to hurry them along. However, once they were done, Ditte had them sent to a wrong adress, so they were returned to Denmark and had to be sent again. All in all it took 2 months for us to receive them. Luckily, we took photographs of the certificates at the ceremony, which held us over until the originals arrived. So, there were a few hiccups but in the end we got happily married and, thanks to Ditte‘s help, it was a relatively easy and painless process.
We married last 30.09 in the old Højerup church at Stevns Klint and Ms. Ditte had helped us a lot with our preparations. She has been very responsive to all our questions before the wedding and she even was able to suggest suppliers which we needed up to the last minute. We did not need to meet personally but nevertheless has the ceremony itself been well planned. The venue is very beautiful and the cafe beside the church was also a very practical and nice place for the toast. We would definitely recommend Danish Coastal Weddings if you want a stress-free and unforgettable ceremony. All the best from Tricia & Emmanuel.
Danish Coastal Weddings was great. They helped so much to get us together. Ditte was awesome, went above and beyond to help us, answered all questions, no matter what time of the day or night it was. This is a great service to use and would recommend it to anyone! Would also recommend that you go to Helsingor in Denmark to be married, its totally magical there!

Ditte was amazing! She handled all of our paperwork, got the date we wanted scheduled promptly, and provided an all around great experience! Not only did she do all of that but also came to our rescue the day of our ceremony and recorded it with my camera just for my mom since she couldn't be present in person!
