Good food experience with some original dishes. Only 3 stars since the setting and overall restaurant atmosphere was a bit sterile and the service was polite but rushed and we found it difficult to get the staffs attention to order drinks for our food throughout the evening. We were expecting more compared to other restaurants in a similar price range

The best Japanese inspired restaurant I have ever been to. I have never tried real wasabi, and it is so powerful on your senses . The service was the best I have ever had. You could really see they know and appreciate the things they talk about. And the price is actually not bad at all. I am a student on a budget actually, and I know I will still come back
I have had sushi pretty much all over the world. Damindra is among the very best. Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic diversity - We’ll be back.
Good food and sake as always. Service was lacking. We came 5 people, which apparently gave them some problems. Got a 4 person table, waited more than half an hour from apetizer to next dish, when served nigiri got 24 pieces which is not divisible by 5, waiter had constant problems with glasses when serving sake mixing them up and serving across people. Hope it gets better next time as it stil is the second best sushi place in kbh.
Great lover of Japanese food and customer of Japanese restaurants, I have been astonished by the quality of the meals, their creativity and their taste. Add, on top of that, an excellent service with numerous explanations, the will to deliver a perfect experience, the kindness of waiters and the chief, and I let you imagine the perfection reached. Bravo!
They get full stars. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the waiters were accommodating, the lightning was a good level and the atmosphere was on point too. Only missing note was that many guests tried to order uramaki rolls for dinner, which wasnt possible as you can only choose from two different \full\ menus. Seems theres a missing update on their website, as several guests mistook this quite important detail. Despite wanting to order uramaki myself, i was very satisfied with having the chef special menu instead.
Delicious, mouth-watering sushi with the freshest of ingredients. Can't go wrong with the chef's special! Orders are pretty big and great for sharing. The decor is simple and tasteful.
