Great bistro food and ambience at reasonable prices. Loved their passion fruit creme brulee, the seafood ravioli (see photo) and veal fillet w/ mushrooms were great too and you can get decent wine by the glass w/o paying a fortune.
The food alone makes this restaurant worth a visit, dishes are always so tasty with well combined flavors. However the service i experienced on new years was absolutely outstanding. I called at 14 the same day to ask if it was still possible to order the menu where i politely was told that there wasnt any left and that they had already made all the preparations, i asked again (the annoying customer) if it was not even possible for just one person, where the gentleman told me that maybe he could make something for me and that we would stay in touch to see if there were any cancellations, shortly after he called me up again and told he will be able to make 2 new years eve menus for half the price (at this point the gentleman on the phone didnt know i had a sick boyfriend at home). This saved my new years eve, to get some amazing service and food while staying home taking care of my partner. //the most grateful customer

Cozy and nice restaurant with very friendly and helpful service. We really liked the atmosphere of the place and enjoyed a nice selection of vines for our 3 course meal. This was our first but definitely not the last dinner at Coq en Pate.
Shrimps were super nice! Nice environment, tartar was nice. The desert was not my taste. :)
This french kitchen restaurant is placed near by Svanemøllen station. The place is very cozy and I loved the basement atmosphere. The staff where quite informative and friendly. They gave us both danish and English menu card. The food was very well prepared and tasty. The food decoration was excellent. I warmly recommend this place both as a group and couples
