Jam was a wonderful guide and showed us Copenhagen in a way we would not have seen otherwise. He went above and beyond to show us the city he loved and even sent us his personalized list of recommendations after the tour. definitely would recommend!

This tour was awesome! We spent 3 hours going around to three very different bars in the city. Sandra was incredible; she was very welcoming and knowledgeable about beer and the neighborhood we were in. I learned a lot about the area and about the Danish culture in general. But most importantly, I was able to enjoy some great beer with great company in an area I probably wouldn’t venture into on my own. This was my favorite part of my trip to Copenhagen; I would highly recommend!
We booked the Hygge & Happiness tour and it's a ultimate success! Sandra made the tour very personal and it felt like a friend showed us around. We can totally recommend the tour to everyone who wants to know more about the way of life in Copenhagen and the Danish culture. The price was totally worth it. The tour is the definition of hygge. Thank you Sandra, we’ll come back!
Having a Danish Mom, I was eager to book a tour of Copenhagen for my son, Teddy and I. Our guide, Jacob, was absolutely amazing! He was very well-informed, cultured, friendly, flexible and appropriately modified things for the cold weather and for my 5-year old. He presented the information in a narrative fashion, which was great for Teddy.....who is still repeating the stories. He showed us the top sights, while being cognizant of our needs....coffee and playground breaks. I highly recommend this tour.
I had an absolutely wonderful Hygge & Happiness tour of Copenhagen, seeing parts of the city I hadn’t seen before and wouldn’t have discovered from a guide book. Mie was a first class guide. She not only talked through the history and background of the places where we stopped, but she also shared her own thoughts and experiences, as a Dane, about the city itself and about Danish life and culture. My favourite stops (of course) were at the little cafés and bakeries where we got delicious buns and pastries and talked about hygge, happiness, and what matters in life. I’d advise anyone who wants more out of their trip to Copenhagen to book this tour, it’s great!
I booked myself on two tours with Urban Adventures. Hygge & Happiness / Vice & Vestbro Hygge & Happiness is a tour designed to discover the all illusive Danish Hygge. You do this via a fantastically well planned out walking route through places you would never come across on your standard walk amongst the city, with a few stop offs along the way to discover local pastries, chocolate and cafes. In cafes and bakeries you would never have known about. Truly an incredible venture with my guide Mie who is as friendly as she is knowledgable and helpful. Even to the point where she help planned the duration of my stay in Copenhagen. Vice & Vestbro, As it turned out I was the only one booked on the tour but with my guide Morten it didn't seem to make any difference and it essentially resulted in us swapping stories and drinking beer to the point where we went over the \allotted time\. Like Mie, Morten was incredible helpful. To the point he walked me around a restaurant area after the tour to help me pick somewhere to eat and even translating menus and reccomending dishes (A great recommendation I might add aswell) Truly Mie, Morten and that of Urban Adventures couldn't have done more for me in my relatively short stay in Copenhagen. To the point where I would describe it as the highlight of my trip. Very much worth your time and money. Would reccomend to anyone I know.

We loved this tour! We felt Kristian’s enthusiasm for Christmas through and through. He was full of stories and Danish Christmas culture. The song and dance around the tree was a treat. The best part was playing the present game. Be sure to bring 2 WRAPPED gifts worth under 3 each or 20 Kroner.
