Very professional , they will keep deposit of Dk 1000 or hold in the credit so be prepare for that other wise will not be n issue they have verity of sizes available with them and will repair and adjust quickly within the shop available at the same spot. In deed it is very convenient location for all tourist locations.

Great place to rent a bike. Did the online reservation for two Ebikes. Quick checkout process with a 1000DKK deposit for each bike. We were given the chargers as we had them for two days. Batteries were incredibly strong. Rode all over Copenhagen the first day on Low assist setting and battery meter never came off of full. Perfect check in process. Refunded the deposit and on our way. Thanks again for the great rental in Copenhagen. Will use your service again.

Very good prices on the bikes, you can rent hours, or days and everything comes with locks bolted on the bikes. They have family bikes as well. Also they sell and repair. We had a flat on a owned bike but it could not be done the same day so they gave us a replacement to keep until we got the repaired one on the next day.
Hi Copenhagen Bicycle! Gladly. I brought my bike for a general service around 4 weeks ago, paid 600kr and got it back in a worse condition than it was before! My tires had to be completely replaced (incl tube), my bike rack is broken and the gears weren’t fixed as agreed. Not only I ended up paying double, I also had to coordinate my daily life without a bike for several days. Very disappointing service.

My family and I rented bikes while we were in Copenhagen. We had a wonderful experience, my daughter was unable to ride the bike and they let us return the bike easily. The bikes were good quality and the staff was super friendly.
Bicycle rental We rented the Family Cargo tricycle Premium for my wife, my son and I. Excellent ride! And we were so happy to discover that Copenhagen Bicycle has thought of setting a blanket to keep passengers warm during rides at night! Lovely
