The staff are drinking after 22 o'clock , they are not working. They are making more noise than the guests staying here. There's dirty linen with pubic hair and nasty stains on toilet floor. Will not recommend. And- the light is still not working in the toilet.. (saw a complain 5 days ago)

Nice host and people staying there are nice. However, the bed is a little bit tiny if you are over 180
It’s very dirty, the shower is bad and it’s very noisy...the Key didn’t work for the building. Its good location in center city, but c’est dommage et déconseillé
I’m surprised to read the 5stars comments, while I did experience below; -20 beds in a room but one wall hanger with 4 hooks only, where will the other 16 hang their jackets? -One small size fridge for almost 50 bed hostel. -Kitchen not allowed to use (excuse is it’s small) only a kettle and a microwave in service. So you can dine here only with ready cooked food. -Beds are 3 deg, between the degs no room (maybe 50-60 cm) i don’t remember how many times I hit my head to upper one while going in my bed and out, changing clothes, taking on boots... -This is the funniest; you have to put your bedcovers on, by yourself (including pillow and blanket cover) than before checkout, you have to take them off -Everywhere in this city (even at public toilets) you can use credit card but not at this hostel ! -There is one shower room with 3 cabinets inside, where the girls (mostly)don’t feel comfortable to take shower when others also do. The cabinet is enough to dress and undress but of course it takes time to get dry, so u will just need to stay in the cabinet to dry for putting on your clothing
We had a great experience at this hostel. We arrived late and the night guard let us in and showed us around - let us pay the next day. The rooms are tight and limited bathrooms. But it all works well. The staff are friendly :) overall I had a good time.
Staff on reception were super friendly, but got bed bugs after staying at this hostel, and they charge for EVERYTHING. Also very cramped in the rooms. The toilets were clean but there was always a queue for them because there are only 4 for all the guests in the hostel!
This is not a good place to stay. beds are super small. it's very uncomfortable. and everything is broken. toilet, shower room, everything. it's more like a jail than a hostel. no elevator, only cash, no card, no hot water in shower room. many tiny things make it become to 1 star. even lower. Copenhagen is an amazing city. but I will never come to this "hostel" again when I come back to Copenhagen.
Not impressed by this place. The least comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Opted not to use the showers. Staff don't really know what they're doing - I had to prompt for info about everything. WiFi was also hit and miss. Probably would go back out of necessity because of price and location...
