When researching a hotel to stay in during a visit to Copenhagen, we came accross a wonderful special offer on the hotels website. Its certainly worth booking direct for the 3 for 2 deal we got. Upon checking into our room, you are greeted by a stunning combination of both old and new. The rooms have recently been refurbished, but you've still got the beautiful wooden beams, which made the whole room come together perfectly. The bed was one of the best I've ever stayed in, and found it hard to get out of as it was just so comfy. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and the speakers were also a wonderful surprise. Its always nice to have a singalong in the shower! Breakfast was great, with lots of options, all of which were delicious. The location is fantastic for things like Nyhaven and the main streets of Copenhagen. I would advise spending that little bit extra and going for a sea facing room, as it was lovely to wake up with that view every morning!

Ths is a great hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beautiful, and the location is superb. We would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Copenhagen.
What an absolute stunning hotel. Very nice staff and my stay felt incredibly safe and secure. The rooms, well, they're beautiful. My view was over the canal, which was lovely to look out over whatever the time of day. The TV has built-in Chromecast which works perfectly, very handy to have!
Fantastic location, very central and in walking distance to almost anything, with easy access to the metro as well. Great rooms with plenty of room, and comfortable beds. Staff in the reception was friendly and quick. They let us store our bags after checkout, since our flight didn't leave till 18. Price was also very fair. Definitely recommended. They're still doing a bit of renovation on the elevators, but there was no noise or anything.
Great view, great rooms I took the suite. Awesome staff ESPECIALLY Fredrik was of great help. I swear this guy saved the trip, super kind and efficient human TOP. We havld some issues that were resolved immediately. Coming back
I was walking front of this hotel but l haven't been in side yet l hope will be there one day because was looking so interesting l think if l be there like a customers l will spend good time l hope
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it to be a beautiful and quite luxurious stay. Being an old water-side warehouse conversion, gives this hotel a rustic feel, but with an authentic stylish feel. This shows through in the rooms that offer wood beams across a high ceiling. There was some renovation building work being done in a small part of the hotel, that could be heard within our room. At reception I asked if there was another room away from the works, to which our room was swapped over to another room with no fuss and a new key was issued in under 30 seconds. The restaurant holds a Michelin star, with the food being exquisite. All this in a fantastic location 5 minute walk from both the famous Nyhavn (Harbour) and the royal palace.
Central location. Spacious and well designed rooms. Love the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom and Chromecast for streaming from your appliances
