Excellent third wave coffee in the central downtown area. Very cool and modern cafe just a few steps from the main pedestrian street shops area. Coffee is excellent, strong yet smooth with lots of flavour. Perfectly extracted without bitterness, and beautifully crafted with latte art and lots of care. Indoor and outdoor seating available, and they have a small selection of local pastries in the glass cabinet under the counter. The Coffee Collective have 4 locations in Copenhagen.

The atmosphere here is like being in an old french movie, of course more hipster than noir, but it's beautiful. You can get a great coffee and an even better coffee if you choose the pour over. This personal are friendly and professional. It is a gem at a very unlikely location.
