Terrible customer service and illegal/unreasonable charges. I wish i had read these reviews before i signed a contract with cobblestone. I’ve lived in the penthouse apartment of a building managed by them for over a year and still haven’t had extraction fan fixed, gutters or windows cleaned, trash littering street, among several other things. The elevator is constantly not working. While steadily increasing the rent every few months and not understanding that we are in a pandemic; from 12.315dkk in october 2019 when i moved in, to 14.596 january 2021. Zero compassion, not helpful, and clearly don’t care about long term tenants. Rude responses. Worst decision i’ve ever made. I do not recommend this company at all, and many of my neighbours will agree.

Never communicate to tenants, never respond to emails, takes weeks to get anything fixed, if ever. Upon calling one time, they even didn't realise our building was one they look after!
