My experience with this clinic is quite bad. We took our cat to a routine consultation and vaccine. Some days later he started to feel bad, so I called them. They said that I should take him to a vet, but they refused to see him, and even told me in the phone that it would be impossible that day and the day after! About referring to another clinic, they basically said: Google it... In conclusion, they are nice yes I agree, they seem to know what they are doing (I hope), but when you really need them... NEJ!

The staff is nice but I doubt they know what they are doing, specially when they refuse to see an animal that started to feel sick after being there for a routine consultation. I will never reccomend a place where a \professional\ doesn't take responsibility on their actions.
The team is caring and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with how the doctors took care of my Minnie Godzilla hamster :)

Couldn't recommend enough! All the staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, considerate and they have vast knowledge of small animals, specially guinea pigs, which is rare to find. Every time I took my piggies for a consultation my questions were listened to, they runned every possible check up before recommending any medicine and explained the situation in detail. I don't live in Copenhagen anymore and it takes me more than an hour to get there, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.
