The most useless pharmacy I have experienced. Opens too late, closes too early. Clueless staff with a limited knowledge and non-assuring language barrier.

Touristing in Copenhagen with a very painful afta (a blister on the tongue), already tried benzydamine for a couple of days with no effect, I came here asking for something more effective. Willing to accept anything they could sell (don't know much about Danish laws regarding antibiotics). They decided for a spray, whose name I will not write here, that doesn't even have an active pharmaceutical ingredient. I could have peppermint candies for much cheaper.
Good service from knowledable staff.

Lukker vældig tidligt - 1330! om lørdagen - og udvalget er ringe, generelt.
Altid en god oplevelse med god betjening
Wir mussten einen Notfall einleiten und die Apotheke war geschlossen. Die Zeitpläne waren überhaupt nicht klar und wir sahen kein Schild oder Papier, auf dem wir die Adresse einer nahegelegenen Apotheke lesen konnten. Das sollte behoben oder klarer gemacht werden. Danke.
