When collect/pay the fee, they charge you 1.1% surcharge even though you pay by master debit. This was not disclosed on the website or in the office or at the counter. It would be nice if they give you small coins for making photo copies - the machine does not return you the balance.
Overall good experience, they are very helpful even if you have very specific Visa requests, have been there a couple of times and every time it went well, now there are online registration witch should help on the waiting time and make it easier to apply. So start visiting their webpage if you want to apply.
It was a pretty good experience. The service was fast and was handled very delicate. I was missing an information for my visa application, so I was told I could just email it to the clerk working there and so I did. I got my visa in less than a whole week.
I was lucky to get there at a non busy time. Even though I had to wait at all stations. Wondering why the staff can't replace the empty slots
Friendly service that went fairly quickly. Many people had problems with not having the correct documentation, so make sure you double check the requirements. They have a copier available at the center for last-minute copies.
Can you expect some kind of service at a VISA center? Yes, always give service no matter what. Here you got: No greatings, no smiles, not a word? I know that people are more friendly in China, luckily.
