There are fewer opening hours because of covid, so that it may become very crowded whenever it opens. My tire was flat, the sign said \knock the door\ so I did, but the people inside just ignored the knocking on the transparent glass door and glass walls. I think turning their face to me and gesturing \we are closed\ would he much improved customer service.

My experience with the shop has been very good. The staff were helpful with choosing and setting up my bike. Friendly and informed and I would use again.
Edit: I am lowering my review to 1 star because 2 days after getting my bike the same tire is flat again... I brought my bike to get a new tire. Never got a call or text that it was ready so had to call myself. Was charged nearly 500kr and given a broken bike in return. They hadn't tightened the screws and the wheel was almost coming off after I'd biked for 10 minutes. Once I'd returned to get it fixed I was told that it was a broken bolt which clearly was not the case. No apologies or anything! Sloppy work and terrible customer service. Avoid.

Superb service every time. Very good staff with high knowledge about bikes. Had many repairs done there and they have never let me down. You can even get a loan bike while they fix yours. Also a great selection of mtb and road bikes. Highly recommended ! :)
Avoid this place! The staff is not helpful and the manager is REALLY rude. I went with my friends from out of town and they were treated like hell. It was my first time in the shop and I soon realised that it was overpriced. There are other options within walking distance. If you are visiting and want to rent a bike there are other places (better, cheaper and with reasonable people in charge) in the neighbourhood. Just awful!

Jeg kan ikke genkende nogen af de negative anmeldelser herinde på google, men jeg har været der tre gange nu og er hver gang blevet mødt af nogle flinke mennesker samt _enormt_ glade kunder, som takker højlydt når de går ud af forretningen. Jeg fik fixet mig baghjul og justeret bremserne til hvad man kan kalde en _meget_ overkommelig pris. At vælge cykelsmed er lidt som at vælge tandlæge, da man helst gerne vil have det hele fixet ordentligt. Well, det føles til at være et godt sted, så Byman Cykler er min nye cykelsmed. Super flink og virker meget dygtige.
