Horrible is a word I will use for this review. Many months ago, I booked a 9 seater van, not because we wanted all the space but because we were actually 9 people. We get off the boat and I head to fetch the vehicle. It took a while because the system was done (happens). We got through that and the lady behind the counter said that the vehicle wasn’t available and there were no more vehicles of the same size. She then offered a 7 seater. It was a Sunday and close to 2 pm so she left me with no choice. Our plans down the drain...parked the car somewhere and walked around the city. What was a real disappointment was that she didn’t give a hoot nor tried to help nor a promise that when the vehicle arrives, she would call, none ! First world country! The following day, got up early and took a chance, drove back to Budget while everyone was asleep and the van was there! Oh boy! Alexia was the lady this time. We swapped vehicles with a statement from her that I would only be charged for the smaller vehicle, sort of a compensation for the mock up. I return the vehicle at the airport, went through the normal return procedures and to my surprise, I was charged, even for the smaller vehicle, the price of the van. We tried to make the most of the holiday, which we did, but these guys really left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again. I really did not expect this from this place and people. I’m not naive, been around for a long time but in Denmark!?

I had 4 one day rentals in a period of 10 days. For each one the service was exemplary and I got some really neat cars, including a BMW and a Mercedes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I recommend them without hesitation.
Great service, we returned our car one day earlier.. About couple of hours later than return time.. They (supervisor) were still kind enough to not charge us the extra day! Thank you budget/avis! We will rent again!
We rent 1 day trip from copenhagen to billund. pick up at 7:30 am and return by drop key at 7:00 pm. Should have toilet inside when we do documents instead of asking to go to toilet in G8 gas station.

Tak for fed upgrade i dag
Kommer for at hente min bil for at konstatere, at de har udlejet en bil til en anden i mit navn og med mine kontooplysninger!!! Jeg har lejet en bil og betalt online, fordi de reklamerer med, at der er 20% rabat. Tjekkede seks forskellige afhentningssteder med forskellige tidspunkter, men der var ingen rabat nogen steder. Jeg kontakter kundeservice for at forhøre om muligheden for at aflevere bilen et døgn tidligere og evt. så modregne et lille afslag mod ekstra kørte kilometer (som det heller ikke er muligt at købe i forvejen), men for blot at vide, at det på ingen måde kan lade sig gøre. Med tanke på alle de foregående episoder, synes jeg, at en smule kundeservice her ville være på sin plads. Det er meget skuffende, så det er ikke er firma, jeg vil anbefale længere - har ellers ikke haft problemer tidligere.
