Don't bother calling. They are simply NOT interested in any issue you wish to raise with them. Phoning them is a nightmare and a maze. It's a nonsense. But if you have a spare 10 minutes, it's worth phoning them to hear how useless they are. It's just jobs for the boys and pals the gravy train.

Embassy is awful at communicating to Brits living in Denmark. Not so many services offered by the embassy. For example you can not renew your passport or vote at the British embassy as a British citizen. So I don’t see they have much purpose for the British community in Denmark.
Visa interview happens on a different address, but it's almost secrect. Even now I don't know the address. Finding the address is like solving a riddle. Really some pain-in-the-arse people and embassy.

Arrived this morning after realised I'd left my passport at home as I live in Sweden but work in Denmark and the Swedish border is closed , spoke to a young man on the gate he and all his co worker's were extremely helpful to me , and I was able to get home that evening , thanks guy's
Extremely professional staff who were very helpful and accommodating when I ran into a travel emergency and needed temporary documentation to get home. Thank you to all.
