Went in to exchange my foreign licence for a Danish one. The experience is as to be expected with any government service and the lady who served me was nothing but professional. If you read the requirements of what to bring and are prepared, you will be fine. Just make sure you don't have expired forms or medical certificates as they won't accept and there is nothing that the people who work there can do about it, no matter how much you plead.

So very helpful I left with a smile
I waited for 45 minutes regardless ofe having a booked appointment. Plus I paid an extra 95 dkk for a picture which I could have easily brought if the information had been provided that I need one. The guy was helpful though.

Efficient and friendly service.
Went several time here and always found all staff member supportive and helpful . Today i was almost 35 minutes late from my scheduled appoinment but they understood the reason of delay and helped me after that.
