They are very helpful and understanding. They also have a good connection with animals so that my cats are not that anxious at vet anymore.
Not sure how pleased I am with this clinic. They seemed extremely busy, probably because it’s the only clinic around the neighborhood, and that makes them not have time to thoroughly examine and evaluate patients. I am cat sitting a British shorthair which seemed to have urinary problems, they asked for a pee sample but never even saw the cat or touched it. After 2 weeks of treatment for struvite he remained with symptoms and still they did not want to see him and asked for another sample to be delivered and suggested giving more painkillers. I understand it’s a busy period having had the holidays a few days ago, but just seems weird to never touch a cat that seems to have problems. Hope that is not a standard care for animals in DK. The staff, both at the shop and on the phone were very nice.
Extremely friendly vet who helped us with our pet passport and even gave our dog some food to help the medicine go down.
Best doc in Copenhagen. For sure.
