The worst real estate company, I can just recommend you to search for someone else. They did not return our deposit for over 2 months and charged us a ridiculous amount of money, once we got it back with the help of legal aid. Communication with them is bad, everytime we tried contacting them we got to talk to another person and we’re moved around. Their internal Organisation is very badly structured and communication amongst them is non existent.

Very bad. Do not respond to your emails, do not keep the house in shape and after moving out over a month already I have not seen a single cent of my deposit.
Worst real estate company. Even though you try not to think that a Real Estate Agency could not scam you or rip you off, well Bjørnsholm does it at its finest shamelessly. Definitely don't recommend and hope that someone will take the right legal measures to this mockery.
efter 3 mrd har man stadig ikke fået depositum tilbage og ingen kan give en status når man ringer eller skriver, da de oplyser de \ikke kan finde dokumenterne på det\.
De fejlopkræver og er utroligt langsomme til at svare.
