I had to spend a couple of unexpected days at this hospital and I am literally blown away by the amazing level of service offered. All the the staff here are true carers and genuinly want to do all they can for you. In particular a massive thank you to Nurse Nickolas Gilmore and DR Litten Gundel Bertelsen who really helped me so much when I was having a bit of a hard time. All other members of staff were equally excellent. Every hospital I ever went to can learn lot from the Bispebjerg. They made the stay just wonderful. End to end the experience was flawless. Not a single innefficieny in sight.
Unfortunatly my grandma died because one of the doctors wouldnt see her because they we scared of catching the Corona virus
Top professional hospital - in a beautiful setting
Had absolutely amazing service when I needed to be seen urgently. I was nervous, never having to have had medical treatment abroad but was dealt with so much kindness from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor alike. Really impressed and thankful!
The considerate service by the nurses and orderlies are much to praise! Proper introductions, explanations of their actions and treatments as well as concern for patients is well experienced and received. Favourite hospital in Copenhagen by far — the green landscape and labyrinth of underground passages is a delight too!

Best hospital I have had the chance to experience, including private hospitals in countries abroad. Staff is very kind and professional. Great appreciation for this excellent hospital.
