Great shop! They have high- end quality products. Very stylish and chic. The market price is high but the quality is very good. I bought one of their headphones the sounds is very good and I loved it.

It doesn't get much better than this. B&O is state of the art and is ART all in the same. Pricey but well worth it. A lifetime expenditure that won't disappoint!
A first class experience with serious hit friendly a/v people. Patrick helped us develop a theme for our home and we picked excellent equipment That looks great and performs perfectly. Band and olufsen are legendary and we are thrilled with our kit!
When you go in here It's like you are responsible for the everything the staff hate in the world. Terrible service. It's like they don't understand what customer service means. Not worth going here.
Could be more helpful inside of the store. I might have not been exactly how they would wanted me to be dressed for the part of owning such a sound system. But I knew more then the staff about their old and newest products. As well they need to improve supporting old versions of speaker and sound systems.
I bought my Beoplay H4 headphones one and a half years ago. Despite always treating them very carefully and transporting them in a hardcover box, the left ear pad became slightly loose a few weeks ago. The headphones would still work, but wearing them was uncomfortable and wobbly. As I was well within the warranty period and this is marketed as a high quality product, I sent the headphones to B&O for repair. You then notified me that the caused damages was self-inflicted which is frankly ridiculous. On top of that, you sent the headphones back to me in a completely broken state (I took a photo of it). It is completely unacceptable that - a new pair of headphones breaks after only one and a half years of regular use - you refuse to repair a damage that is clearly a manufacturing defect and not self-inflicted - you break the headphones completely and return a piece of electrical waste to me
