Probably without knowing about the reputation of this man's burgers I wouldn't have stepped into his burger shop. The owner is a nice and skilled person, and his kitchen is absolutely good. Was very surprised about the fine taste and rich flavour of his burgers. Also a very good person to talk with and make one, even a tourist, feel welcome and restored. Even for a take away, is very recommended. :3

Easily could be one of the best burgers in town. The owner was so kind and we felt very welcome to make the order. Burgers are big (even the small one) so our bellies are full with delicious burger. Definitely will make this my regular place for a hungry bite. Thank you!
I went there two times, the first time alone and the second time with another person. What is special about Banana Joe is that he makes everything fresh! He was really kind to us! We had the salmon burger, the vegetarian burger and the classic burger. It did not only look delicious, it tasted delicious. We came by hungry and we left the restaurant happily full! Good value in an expensive city like Copenhagen! Highly recommended! We will come back if we return to Copenhagen!
I tried the salmon burger, and really liked it. I wish the bun was a bit different though. The fries are averagely good. The owner was welcoming. Even though the place is small, we could sit outside in one of the nicest streets of Nørrebro. The prices are really good compared to the burger places in the rest of the city.
This burger place is a tiny one concerning the size of it but when it comes to the taste it is huge. Joe is incredibly helpful, friendly and humorous. And he makes an incredibly tasty salmon burger. The fish was tender, juicy and just perfect in combination with the slightly spicy and fresh sauces it is served with. The fries were a little bit too crispy to be perfect but this doesn't harm my great experience at this cool place since the service and the burgers are outstanding. Beef burger was also delicious. Prices are super affordable. If you enjoy great burgers just go there!
