Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! If you need a cake, you have to use BakeMyDay. We gave them free hands to work with for our wedding cake, and what they produced for us was the most spectacular cake we have ever seen – AND IT WAS VEGAN!!! The team have been so easy to work with and so polite and kind. I just cannot recommend them enough. We made a special request – we asked if the cake could be delivered to the hotel while we got married, and when we returned to our hotel room, there it was (and it smelt divine!!!). A huge thank you – truly – from both of us. You made our day so much more special and we are so grateful to you for being a part of it, and making us smile. We managed to eat the ENTIRE cake throughout the remaining 5 days of our stay in Copenhagen – which the hotel found hilarious! It was delicious – I just wish we didn’t have to cut it as it looked so perfect!! Thank you again!!!!

Absolutely wonderful and delicious vegan cake - the decorations were perfect and the cake had just the right deep chocolate flavor - will definitely use them again for another event! Highly recommend :)

Aesthetically pleasing cakes - just beautifully decorated. Although for someone who has a sweet tooth, I find their cakes/pastries too sweet.

Bake My Day made our wedding cake for our Copenhagen celebration in 2019. Having found them on instagram they made the process seamless and were incredibly professional and accommodating (we live in England as well). The cake was flipping incredible and they made whatever we wanted and it was absolutely perfect and incredibly delicious, there wasn't a crumb left despite it being enormous (value for money 100%) We'll be ordering an anniversary cake for certain!

We visited Bake My Day, because it was recommended on Happy Cow. We stayed in the shop to have some coffee and cupcakes. Eventhough the place obviously doesn't have guests to stay very often, we had a very good time and everything was delicious. The girl working there was really nice and cleaned up a table for us, so we could have a seat. The cake was so delicious, that we took some more home with us. I will surely come back, when I go to Copenhagen again.

I bought a hazelnut ice cream with cookie dough filling and i also had one of the green macarons as an extra. The macaron had a great mushy consistensy, and a good taste of nuts. The both the macaron and all the rest was completely vegan. The ice cream itself is not a cake ofcourse, but it felt like 3 different cakes all at once: 1. The waffle was covered on the edge with a white chocolate coating with sliced almonds, and the waffle was just soft enough so you could bend it if you were careful. Great consistency and all fine taste. 2. Because the waffle was soft in this great fashion, the hazelnut ice cream was in good company. The ice really tasted like hazelnut, and i would give it a grade of 8/10 where the typical ice cream waffle i find gets 4-6. 3. The cookie dough filling really felt like unbaked dough. Remember when your mother told you you couldn't eat the dough before the cake was baked, even though you really wanted to? Well here you could since it had no eggs! It felt slightly forbidden, but really great, especially in combination with the walnut- and the chocolate-chunks added to the dough. The ice never melted enough to mix with the dough, so when only the dough in waffle part was left, it almost got a tad too sweet, nothing that a sip of water didn't handle. Never before did i have a vegan ice cream where each and every part of it was to such a high standard! I think i said wow 2 or 3 times as i ate it. 5 stars no doubt!
