Last Thursday afternoon I ordered some vaccines prescribed by my doctor which I needed for the appointment scheduled on Monday. On Sunday evening I came back to pick them up but the employee gave me only two out of three vaccines prescribed. When I asked the employee the reason and to double check the prescribtion uploaded in the system, he told me that there was nothing else in the prescribtion than those two vaccines. The day after I went to the doctor again and I found out that what it was not true what the employee had told me. He showed me the prescription. It ended up that I had to reorder the missing vaccine from another pharmacy and booked another appointment with the doctor to do the vaccination. Very unprofessional service.

Was welcomed in an unpolite manner (gesture and tone), as I didn’t hear the number right that the employee was shouting. Went to the next pharmacy.
Bad service. cashier couldn't count and sold me more than I need of medicine, when though it said how much i needed receipt. Its happens when drug stores are runned like a business, now i have less money and some medicine i cant use. Image if it was something strong enough to od from it.

Desværre en ualmidelig ligegyldig og uprofessionel håndtering af en recept på livsvigtig medicin. Jeg måtte 3 gange ved opkald oplyse om at recepten var faxet dagen i forvejen. Alligevel påstod man at den ikke var modtaget før jeg insisterede. Slutteligt måtte jeg gå forgæves for at afhente og blev spist af med at medicinen ikke var i huset ,men kunne afhentes dagen efter. Dette er helt uacceptabelt.

Meget ringe faglig vejledning. Hvis man har brug for fagligt råd i forbindelse med køb af medicin er der ikke meget at hente hos personalet på Vesterbro Apotek.
