Other than the fact that they're open 24h, they're a terrible clinic. I had a terrible experience, and then another one. They don't seem to care about the animal nor the concerned human. They're happy to charge you insane amounts of money, only to tell you they have no clue and that your pet should be put down. Imagine being in this situation and not having another open clinic to have a second opinion with. My cat's condition was treated at another clinic and has had many healthy and happy years. They don't listen to your concerns, they are above you. Supposed to be top notch in Copenhagen, but far from it. Very disappointed. Any clinic has been much more professional and knowledgeable, but Anicura is there when all others are closed, that's probably their business model.

I went there after my dog got blind from cataract at 5 years old. I was anxious and sad and didn't know what to expect. They were super professional and knew exactly what to do. Pernille guided me with compassion and i had all the help I needed. I could see that my dog was feeling comfortable and I was also. Thank you for everything you have done for Malou, from the bottom of my heart.
Nice people. They have food and gadgets for dogs and cats too.
Astrid was amazing with my cat OJ - right from the moment I arrived in Denmark from the UK, right up until the point he passed away. I can't thank her enough for the kind and knowledgeable way she handled him, and the empathy she had when it was time to say goodbye. Thank you, Astrid.
Maybe good, but absolute profiteering. No clarification of costs in advance. Even 24h service is not justifying such costs.
The most unprofessional..In the weekend I called them about my parrot which have bad..asked if they can help...they said for sure come we look the bird..After the doctor accepted me he said sorry I'm don't know about birds and you need to find specialist about birds monday. That's it.For this they said I need to pay 1700 kr!!! I don't recommend to nobody this place and they don't deserve even 1 star!!! Liers!!!such behandling my bird never got in dk for 1700 kr!!! HOLD JER LANGT LANGT VÆK!!!
