Really quick delivery. There was a small fault with the light - I spoke to the Claims Team who sorted this out within a day. Excellent customer service, really friendly and solutions-orientated. Will definitely shop there again.
More than 5 weeks delivery time and not 2-5days as stated on the website. Soon after Christmas they started offering a 15% discount on their website. Had we known we wouldn't get the lights on time (they were supposed to be a Christmas gift), we would have waited in order to enjoy the discount. This was not a success. We will not order again.
Bought a number of lamps for a great price with free shipping and no problems.
no sign of life. It's been almost a month since I ordered a lamp through their online shop. After two weeks I recieved and email that the shippment would start in the following days. It didn't. I left two emails to ask whats happening and when I can expect my delievery. Haven't heard ANYTHING back. curious how long it will take to get my money back. customer service at its worst
