I've been there last week and I would like to believe that it was not racism, but the staff girl didn't talk to me and my friend when we entered the store and for the whole time we stayed there she looked at us suspiciously. The treatment was not the same with the other customers that ware there at the same time.
Called the number to ask if they have the 3D roll top backpack in store - because 4 days of shipping is simply too long - have to wait for 8 minutes to speak with a customer service, only to be told that their system 'went down' and she cannot see the stock in store (apparently the customer service and the store were in separate places). The only solution she gave was for me to go to the store and check, if they don't have the backpack then they will help me to order it online. Yeah. Sounds efficient and convenient
