The Danish people really love SMØRREBRØD sandwich, it can be lunch item, can be dinner item too. The restaurant that sells this food is proud to introduce the herring SMØRREBRØD sandwich, and it goes incredibly well with the wine made of herring fish! The traditional SMØRREBRØD sandwich always combine with Rye bread and the taste is awesome and once tasted, will definitely go back for more.

So delicious! Herbaceous schnapps paired with smørrebrød, my husband and I shared 4 cause we're little people and that was enough. The herring reminded me of the south african pickled fish we have at Easter.
If you want to taste something really tipical, that's the right place. Smørrebrød of different types, from vegetables to fish or meat. If you want to eat them there, I suggest to book a table (only 5 small tables available)

Just is not mine. The taste is very different than mine. Fish with strawberry... But is worth to visit and check the modern smogbrod style.

Amazing food! We opted for the Aamanns Lunch set and that consists of six items from the open sandwich menu. They were amazing. If you are visiting Copenhagen for the first time then you must come to place. You should reserve a table in advance
