My husband and I called 6 times throughout multiple days during the weekday with no response. I eventually sent an email requesting availability for a nail clip for my dog and received a very short and rude response from Merethe telling me to \look elsewhere\ as her shop was closed early for the time that I had inquired about. Merethe also did not even ask if I was available any other day or time nor did she offer any times she/the salon would be available. If this is how you respond to customers simply asking for availability, I fear how carelessly you would treat my beloved pet in your own shop. Shame.
