Terrible experience that I would prefer just forget but I just had to send a forewarning to anyone thinking of using this company. We had been working with a very competent building administration company until Newsec bought them out. That's when all the problems started - when Newsec took over! They couldn't figure out our accounting at all - it took them 6 months to finalize our finacial results for our building. I spent so much time to correct their mistakes that I could have just done it myself. After they realized they made so many mistakes they changed their controller which didn't solve anything - the new controller was just as incompetent. Then I find out that they increased our administration fee by 30% without even letting us know. Our contract stated that we would get max 3% annual increases. I only noticed this when they prepared our budget for the new year. They didn't even call or email me to let me know of their change of fee - nothing. No communication, incompetence, sky high prices. That's what you'll get to work with this company. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I'd give less than 1 star if it was possible!

Literally baffled of how poor their customer service is. They ignore your emails for days, then they are mocking you in the reply. On top of that, they take every chance they get to \legally\ increase your rent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

It has been 4 months since our flat lease with New Sec ended. It took them 3 months before they contacted us regarding our moving out report and returning our deposit (with plenty of unanswered emails). There was a mistake in the calculations, and we tried to clarify it. We have yet to hear back from them. Not to mention that their staff we are dealing with, is often unprofessional over the phone or email. It's like she hates her job and her goal is to make it difficult for you as a customer. I would give a zero star if I could. Definitely do not recommend them at all!

I forbindelse med flyttesyn skulle strømmen afmeldes. Dette er ikke blevet gjort så vi modtager el-regninger som ikke er vores på grund af denne fejl. Modstrøm siger vi bare skal betale da vi ikke er afmeldt. Når vi ringer til Newsec er der ingen vi kan tale med. Vi skrev en mail til Rasmus som gennemførte flyttesynet for over en uge siden. Han sendte den videre i Newsec men vi har intet hørt. nu har vi regninger for ca. 1500 Dkk som vi skal betale men ved ikke hvordan vi får penge tilbage fra newsec!!! Samtidig er det 11 uge efter flyttesyn og vi har stadigvæk ikke modtaget en slutopgørelse og det er under al kritik. Mvh Kennet Heglund

Utroligt. De tager penge for alt hvad de kan. Har arbejdet 3 dage i træk på at gøre min lejlighed så flot som muligt inkl. professionelle rengøringsdamer, men alligevel er bad og køkken ikke blevet rengjort eller afkalket påstår de, samt skal gulvet slibes og alle væggene males og vinduerne er ikke blevet pudset. Lejligheden lignede virkelig en helt ny lejlighed da jeg forlod den, men alligevel var der noget galt med det hele. Hold jer væk!
