Just avoid! My daughter was attending love2dance for 3 years. On the third year she was not happy with the new class and the new teacher so she decided not to attend the classes anymore. I sent several emails and called multiple times to cancel the class, but at the end the answer I received was that you have to pay and we will do nothing. Now I am paying for something we are not using for 8 months, and every month I receive the payment notification it reminds me of how they do not care about their customers, even if it is an old customer. Find a better school! Part 2: As you can see in their answer, like the other \customer-unfriendly\ businesses, they are referring to the terms in the contract. My daughter's instructor in these years has been very friendly and nice, so I have assumed it is a culture in the school, but now I know the management has a totally different attitude. My daughter wanted to have a break because of the unsatisfying class and continue later, but with their customer-unfriendly behaviour we will not ever go back to this school again. And it is interesting that they answered my comment in facebook, trustpilot and google in less than a day, but I have never received a reply for the emails I sent them for cancelation. I called their number, the guy at the phone gave me another email address, I send the email again, and still no answer. See the screenshot attached. P.S. I just saw that I am not the only unhappy customer, search for reviews on trustpilot and see for yourself!

God danskeskole! Forstår at samarbejde med forældre, tage imod feedback og lave ændringer. Kan varmt anbefale det til børn der gerne vil prøve kræfter med dans. Ejeren er super engageret og ekstremt dygtig!
