Absolutely horrible service and experience. I saw the very bad reviews online, but I thought I was just buying a new bike and ignored them. DON'T DO THIS! I bought a new e-bike, and the battery was burnt after two weeks. Recognising the issue, the store promised to order a replacement battery. Three weeks (and several phone calls) after, they tried to give me a clearly used battery for replacement, while claiming it was new. After showing the obvious marks of usage on the replacement battery to another employee, he simply replaced it with the battery of another bike that was for sale there, and gave me that one instead. So i had to wait 3 weeks and spend money on commuting only to get something that was in the shop available all along. Surely, a shop to be avoided.

I took my bike for the yearly service required to maintain the guarantee offered by Jupiter. They didn't even manage to fix my squeaky chain and broke one of the guides for the shift-cable. Now I'll have to take it somewhere else to get it properly serviced. Don't get your bike serviced here! Better yet, don't buy a bike with them in the first place.

I went here with my Cube Acid mountainbike, as Jupiter is listed as an official Cube reseller (obviously, I therefore expected expertise with mountainbikes). Took my mountainbike here to set my gears as I fell with it and the chain jumped around on the drivetrain on most gears. Paid ca. 200 kr., but it didn't get really fixed. Later I found out, that the chain cage of my rear derailleur was slightly bent. I would have expected that to be discovered and at least mentioned when I picked up the bike... :/ Not very thorough work... Did it myself and the bike runs smooth now.

I took the bike to the shop to have the tires changed. The bike was running perfectly before that; I bought it brand new one month before taking it to Jupiter. I got a flat tire and decided to upgrade to expensive, anti-puncture tires. The moment I left the shop, I cycled 5 meters and the bike was not working. I went back to the shop and they said something was broken, but that it was not their fault. Not only was the bike fully functional before I left it there; also, if something was broken, the repair technician could have spotted it and called me about it, before going forward with the tire replacement. This is standard practice in my experience with other shops. Obviously, I would have been happy to pay for the manual labor he did, but I wouldn't have put the new expensive tires in a broken bike. It was a very disappointing, slow service overall.

Poor quality service. The clerks seem quite inexperienced. They sold me the wrong mudsheds after I've shown them the bike and they were not helpful in finding a solution to mount them.

Very slow service and unable staff. I brought my bike to change a flat wheel, and I asked them to pump the front wheel and elevate the saddle a bit. They took them 4 days to do it (while being in August) and plus they didn't neither elevated the saddle nor pumped my wheel. They actually told me it was impossible to do so, and I did it myself 2 days after.

Jeg undrer mig over de dårlige anmeldelser. Jeg var i cykelexperten dagen før, hvor jeg modtog exceptionel dårlig vejledning (ingen vejledning eller faglig hjælp) da jeg skulle finde en ny cykel. Der havde de næsten ingen cykler i min størrelse og kunne ikke fremskaffe dem. De var til ingen hjælp Derfor tog jeg herned, hvor jeg vidste de også havde stort udvalg af cykler. Og her fik jeg fantastisk vejledning og fik vist flere cykler og udførligt fortalt hvordan de var forskellige fra hinanden og hvordan jeg vedligeholdt dem. Jeg fik lov til at prøve de cykler jeg ville i den nærliggende store cykelkælderen - uden opsyn af en cykel sælger til at ånde mig i nakken! Så min oplevelse i Jupiter Lyngby har faktisk været rigtig rigtig god og jeg har nu fået en fantastisk cykel, med vejledning til hvordan den vedligeholdes - alt sammen til en rigtig god pris. Der er simpelthen intet jeg kan sætte min finger på!
