1. Great store with a great variety of stuff. 2. Limited car park spots (not sure if there was any other parking for the store, I only saw the 3-4 spots next to the entrance, might have had another parking area that I did not see). 3. Complimentary Coffee machine in the basement and a tap for water (nice touch). 4. Active and friendly staff, very polite and super helpful but without any doubt Ann Sofie was the superstar who helped us with everything and made this whole experience a delight. She is a true asset to ILVA. Thank you so much Ann Sofie for all your help and for being so patient and nice! 5. Delivery service is really good and reasonably priced. 6. Checkout and payment are done near the front of the store. Smooth and quick. 7. There is an elevator on site (if I’m not mistaken). Al in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again!

After a reconstruction the store is fresh and has a lot of furnitures on display. If you wish to remodify even a chair it will take 1-2 months to get it delivered. It seems like the \older\ generation working there are way more professional than the younger girls who without saying anything about how long it would take to look in her stock room, although the computer said they had it in stock, just more or less dissappeared, each of them with a pastry in their hand, and then after 15 min passive aggressively asked where I disappeared because I strolled around the store instead of waiting for them to finish eating their pastry at 7.40PM, 20 min before closing. Other than above, great store..
They get three stars for putting there loading dock, for picking up large and heavy goods, on a hill and not having any brakes on their trolleys they pack the goods on. Not fun trying to load 3 x 2m packs weighing 50kg each onto the car's roofrack with one had while trying to hold and stop the trolley from rolling down hill with the other. Or ending up having some other guy's trolley bang into your car fully loaded. Not smart ILVA, THINGS ROLL DOWN HILL...
I would like more couch variants. 80 percent of the couches are the usual boxy angular boring Scandinavian design style. Please add more vintage and boho.
Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The woman called Tina Pedersen, gave me an amazing experience! She had a deeper understanding of what the different furniture matches with, and how I should be treated.

Great selection of mid range furniture. Fyi... figure 2-3 times the price of Ikea.
There were some good pieces, bought a very elegant but comfy sofa and rustic dining table. Very happy
