Overpriced and poor service. Literally the failed wannabe apple of Denmark. I previously owned a 2018 MacBook Pro purchased in America with the danish keyboard layout. The Mac had AppleCare on it which is a world wide insurance and every Apple authorized service provider should acknowledge! However, human claims that “their systems can’t handle it”. However my assumption is that it has something to do with their own Humac plus protection plan. However, they denied to take my Apple insurance. When I contacted Apple in the United States they stated that they should. However, when Apple tried to book me a time they could see that humac had blocked them from booking repairs times. Luckily, every other Apple authorized repair shop in Denmark will acknowledge the Apple care plus protection plan. So Apple booked me a time at another place no less than 200 meters down the road and I got a completely new screen on my Mac without paying a single thing. Then once I get the Mac fixed I went to humac to see what they would offer me for it. They offered 8.500kr. Went up the road again and got 11.000kr for it. Additionally, when it comes to the MacBook prices they charge around 2000kr more than everywhere else. Plus they have a bunch of teenagers running around that couldn’t even tell you the specs that are in any of the computers. If I’m about to go spend 25000kr on a MacBook Then I definitely expect to have someone that atleast knows something about it assist me with my purchase. With that being said, stay away from humac. Poor service, overpriced products and carry the Apple service provider badge but can’t follow up with it. Very unfortunate.

Wow what a super Hero’s. Dropped by on friday afternoon with my system. They fixed it for me the next day and waited for me till i arrived becourse i couldn’t be back on time. All this for a perfect price. Not the sky high Apple prices. Keep up the good work and thank you for you super service. You are true hero’s.
