Two days late, no calls from the courier so far, have to wait three days in a row and still nothing. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I was ar home all the time and they lied about that.

There is simply no words for it, and absolutely no excuse for a company like that to be in operation. Remember the only way to avoid them is if you demand alternate freight and make a negative remark and loss of stars in the review of the company you actually do business with. Fedex must go #AvoidFedex
Spend 2 days waiting for the package. After the whole freaking day home all I got was “Kunde ikke til stede.” So I had to reschedule delivery for the next day and you can guess if it was delivered. The best thing is that it’s weekend now so I have to wait 2 extra days to find out if they even will bother to show up next Monday. Horrible service.
I am very very unsatisfied with FedEx service. The packaging delivery takes long time for you, because You are always busy or you just say this in Denmark. You need two weeks for delivery one package which is only two kilograms..my grandfather would delivery even walk from Switzerland to Denmark, Kolding.....if you are such a busy company why you do not apply more peoples to delivery your costumers well....the UPS and DHL way better than you....only two days to delivery a parcel from Hungary to Denmark, Kolding. And this is double long way than Switzerland, Denmark route
I was at home all the time and they lied that they was at the address and was nobody home !!! They suck !!! Never use this service !!!

No Stars earned at all. Part shipped 20th oct. Received a notification that parts were \stuck\ in USA the 25th Oct. We only found out because the receipiant tried to track parts. What goes on?? Amateurs
It is the worse shipping company ! After I agreed with the customer service to come i a specific day after 11 am . They did not come at all .I called a 17 a clock and they told me to wait because the shipment will be done till 18 a clock. They never appeard and the customer service was closed after 18 . A very bad experince with Fedex Denmark. I wasted 2 days of my life to stay home waiting for the package plus the money spent on the phone calls!! I will never use thei service
