Due to increased Covid flight restrictions in Denmark we had to make a tough choice to send my mothers dog alone from Denmark to Florida. We spoke to several companies in Denmark and the USA, however we felt Jesper Larsen from the Copenhagen office in Kastrup provided the best service and response to our many questions. He also gave us a list of local brokers in Miami, what was required of paper work from veterinary in Denmark and overall provided 5 star service . Highly recommend Trust Forwarding Copenhagen with transporting your animals!

Today I have the worst experience ever when it comes to sending cargo. I paid almost 600 Australian dollars to send 4 luggages full of clothes (57 kg in total) I was expecting to pay something for customs and some extra fee BUT 419 DKK for SPIRIT CARGO (handling fee) and 1100 DKK for TRUST FORWARDING (customs clearance) WHAT A JOKE and RIP OFF!!! 1100 DKK for basically have some chick filling some papers???? They didnt even check my cargo... So what exactly is this company for? TRUST FORWARDING..... not the best name for this company AVOID this company.
This is the worst pet transport company I have ever dealt with, I recommend anyone else! They didn't do their job and refused to help fix their mistakes, costing me hundreds in weekend vet bills and taxis, and it would have cost me my flight if bad weather hadn't delayed it a couple hours. They created the most stressful travel experience I've ever had, and I've traveled a lot. The worst part was how rude they were, they didn't care that they messed up and forgot so much, and didn't reimburse any money. When I tried to contact them after they ignored me. Seriously, don't TRUST them!!! They are totally incompetent and rude.
