I canceled 2 flight, ticket the cost for both was 510 The costumer service told me that I will going to lost 75 each ticket if I will cancel them. I accepted and I got back 215 so I lost 295 for both the ticket so instead 75 I lost 147!!!! After I have contacted the costumer service the first time they said that the refund is correct even I send them the calculation. I call again the girl answer the call but she was not talking I told her that I heard you breath and she put me on mute. I wrote 2 more emails and they didn’t answer my questions but completely something else!!! I will never and never choose Lufthansa the worst company ever!!!!

They stole 300 from me for missing a fight 6 weeks prior from the flight I took with them in April. They would not let me on the flight I had paid for before paying this ridiculous fee (what they said was 100 usd, but when I looked at my credit card statement was 300usd) when I emailed the airline to request a refund (only requesting the 200 extra they charged me back) they told me they are allowed to charge me whatever they felt like.
