Copenhagen airport is by far my most favorite airport in the world and I have been in mote airports than I can count. Not just because I have used this airport a lot, but because it makes perfect sense, there are carts for your bags, people are extremely kind and there are always improvements. Which other airport has a little forest inside?

Nice airport. We had a surprisingly really good sandwich lunch with delicious Danish rye bread rolls. There is a perfume free route for people with allergies so you can avoid all those strong smells if you like. We had a quick massage before our flight with a bit of time to spare

Easy moving around when departing and arriving. Also convenient PCR/ Antigen testing site indoors

Not bad and not good. Service is kind and quick (or it was as quick as possible when the queues were very long). Nowadays the passenger traffic is rather manageable compared to before. What I truly hate about this airport is its infrastructure and how hard it can be to get from A to B or from one date to another. The screens with the gates located just after the security check are pointing you the right direction. But first you must roam (no choice) though a billion of perfume and sweets shops before you are even able to come to the point to choose right or left. And here starts the fun. Your gate is let's say located in the extreme left, but this healthy cafe is located in the extreme right (not a big amount of food options) and when you have to navigate between these two you risk being late for your departure. Again, nowadays is rather easy for the passengers to enjoy their time prior to departure compared to before when the crowd was making it even harder to walk between A and B unless running between the people. When in the arrival hall there is a chaos, unknown by ANY other EU airport I've landed at. It is because the people waiting for the arriving passengers and the passengers themselves are mixed - no barriers, no restrictions, as soon as the access doors open the passengers are exiting in the outer world and it is HARD to spot those waiting for you... Before there were sort of barriers so there was a limitation between passengers and waiting for the passengers people. They MUST fix this since it creates a lot of unnecessary chaos in otherwise very organised and neat Denmark.

A medium sized airport that is running smooth most of the time. Nice wooden floors gives an extra feeling. Shopping not the best and lounge neither. An extra plus for easy change to train and metro.

Simple, easy to navigate and a good selection of shops and food. It is obviously expensive being a Nordic country. Plenty of sitting areas and good wifi coverage. I think adding a bit more of laying down kind of seats would be a good addition.
