This airline is safe, staff are responsive, kind and respectful. We haven’t experienced any delay, the plane is comfortable and spacious. Food is good and price is reasonable if you buy the ticket one or two month before your trip.

Dated planes. Needs an overhaul to catch up with major competitors. Recently flew longhaul with Lufthansa, Air Canada and United and they are all a long way ahead with modern interiors, high levels of comfort and excellent service.

If you're a frequent flyer (SkyTeam, or Star Alliance), you gain access to a rather cozy lounge. If I recall correctly, you can buy access to the lounge at the desk as well.

terribly bad service from british airways. was promised one thing and the next day they changed their mind costing us 20 000 nok. will never fly with them and cant recomend to anyone unless you got loads of cash you want to get ridd of while getting nothing in return.

Your online booking system is joke! I put in Mr and the confirmation email says Mrs. Your policy states a title is free to change so I call your Indian Customers Service Centre...and am told I need to pay a fee for the change! I ask to talk to a manager and am told there are no managers! What nasty, disgusting horrible low cost airline you've turned into! When I said that's ok I'll cancel the booking and go to small claims court after reporting you to the relevant authority for this obvious online scam...and suddenly the change is free again. What a joke!!! Not even going to mention the horrid M&S menu you now offer on board. Seriously I regret not booking with EasyJet, at least they don't lie about all the hidden costs and lack of service.
