I used to be very happy and satisfied with this place because they seemed to focus on the customers satisfaction but unfortunately this has changed and they are now focused on just selling parts and making money. Took my 3 year old U for routine service . I was told that my exhaust heat shield was damaged and could risk falling off, luck for me I asked to see it and when the car was lifted, it turned out to be just one bolt washer what was loose out of 12 bolts that held the heat shield in place . I wonder how it makes sense to remove and change a whole heat shield instead of just finding a larger washer. So, if your one bolt falls out from your car door , prepare for VW ishøj to offer you to change the whole door instead of finding a new bolt that can fit.!! Funny enough , while i was in the waiting area , i overheard the same information being given to an old woman about her car's heat shield but unlike me, she did not have a clue and told them to just change it. Sad to see the workshop take this turn for the worst and put profit before customer satisfaction.

We pay a lot of money to lease our very nice 2016 Touran. So why when we bring it in for service do we get a temporary car that is 1. Filthy dirty and smelly with trash like empty bag of chips and crumbs on the seats 2. Out of gas so that we need to fill it before we can drive anywhere 3. An Up that is a fraction of the price of the car we lease and a horrible driving experience and can not even fit our 3 children's car seats. I come from the USA where I've been a long time Volkswagen owner and over there when you bring in your car for service they provide you with a car that is of similar level to your current driving experience. I find this service unacceptable. Not to mention that the first time we brought the car in to be serviced they had it for nearly a week and waited until we picked it up to tell us they noticed something was broken and that we would have to bring it back in and go through this whole process again rather than just keeping it for an extra day. Other than this the people are friendly and that's why we give 3 stars.

Værste service man kan forestille sig, De burde slet ikke få lov til at være VW forhandler! Tager slet ikke ansvar når de ikke selv har solgt bilen og prøver at undgå reparation, og bliver talt ned til af selve ejeren! Påstår at bremserne på en hel ny bil skal komme med skure lyde og at det er en serie standard. Det er bekræftet af andre autoriserede mekanikere at bremser ikke skal lyde sådan! Snyd og bedrag..hold jer væk!

Dårlig service er en underdrivelse i denne sammenhæng. Godt inkompetencen findes her og ikke et sted, hvor den ville gøre mere réel skade. Led videre.

Vi har 2 nye biler fra VW og har flere gange kontaktet VW Ishøj for at få tilbud, fordi de ligger tættest på. Hver gang er jeg endt med et så dårligt indtryk at jeg har kørt til en anden VW og hver gang fået god og professionel service. Senest kontaktede jeg dem for en pris på kodning af kørecomputeren efter at have monteret trækkrog. Der estimerede medarbejderen 500-1000kr., indtil den flinke medarbejder lige tjekkede med værkstedschefen hvor svaret bare var en arrogant afvisning. Det ville han ikke, med mindre man også fik sat træk på hos dem samtidigt Kørte til et andet værksted, det tog 2 minutter og kostede 0kr. Jeg havde egentlig ikke noget imod at betale den uhyre høje pris for et par minutters arbejde, men at en værkstedschef kan opfører sig så arrogant, gør i hvertfald at man ikke har lyst til at lavet fremtidige service, skader mv. hos dem.
