The worst place I have lived at by far. My tip for anyone who got a room at this place through studiestartlisten (or by some reason applied for a room here) is to move out as soon as possible. The atmosphere depends a lot on which hallway you stay in, mine was unfortunately not so great. Someone in my hallway actually stole my keys after I forgot them in the kitchen one night. Overall, here is a short list of a few of the things wrong with this place: - It’s in a bad neighbourhood (almost got robbed a one point and the bikes are frequently stolen or vandalised, even the ones in the locked bike shed) - The house inspector is nice but one of the laziest people I’ve ever met, nothing ever gets fixed in this place - Because of a flooding 5 years ago there is a lot of water damage all around the building which among other things have led to problems with mould - Some corridors have a rat problem (and whilst they weren’t allowed to use their kitchen they got no compensation) - In the descriptions of the room it says it’s 25m2 but it’s really 13m2 (your storage unit is about 1,5m3) - It takes a long time to get into the city center and the connections are quite bad late at night and on weekends However, there are a few upsides to the place. There is a café, bar, study room and a small gym (however, small and worn down). The rooms are always newly painted, re-floored and fairly nice. A few things to watch out for are the extra cost added when you move in and out. One of the big cost is that you will have to pay rent for 4-6 weeks of not actually being allowed to live there because of renovations before and after. They might also draw a lot of money from your deposit to do the renovations even if you haven’t caused any damage to the place, which unfortunately happened to a friend of mine.

Rigtigt godt sted at bo. Rigtigt fine væresler og super hyggeligt at hænge ud med søde mennsker på vores cafe og i vores bar. Det er også let at komme ind til byen med offentlig transport.

Et rimeligt asocialt kollegie hvor folk er dårlige til at rydde op efter sig selv. Jeg har det godt med folk fra min gang, men den overordnede steming er ikke super hyggelig. Huslejen er forholdsvis billig, men ikke billig nok til at trække meget op.
