My parents in law booked their Golden wedding anniversary in the ballroom. The food, facilities and service were all excellent. The staff responded very quickly to email requests and were very helpful in helping us set up for the party. I would highly recommend Hotel Thingaard for a weekend getaway or a large event. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for one night in a standard double room. Room was very clean and modern. Checking in and out was smooth. The hotel is situated centrally in the small town. Parking was as close as can be, and enough room for everyone at the time. The included breakfast was well equipped. I would recommend this hotel.

Dont be fooled by the exterior. Inside, the hotel is modern, and newly renovated. Rooms are fairly standard, and restaurant well over what you'd expect. Service very pleasant and attentive.

The hotel owes was sweet and helpfull. The rooms was lovely and each room had own shower and toilet. But it is just across the train station.
