Absolut rip-off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Bought a BMW 320d beginning this year and dealing with these people is a nightmare. First thing broken was the A/C, after a nice bit of back and forth they paid for the repair, keep in mind we are talking 3 month into the purchase. I bought in December/January and therefore was delivered with winter tires on. I bought the car with summer tires and stored them in my basement. Summer comes around, in Germany we swap them around easter and I make my way to a mechanic. I chose 1 form their website. They change the tires, also a broken lightbulb of course (the car was carefully checked before sales), I pay the tire changing they pay the bulb. On my way back home the car signals flat tire. Next day I drive back to the mechanic, and he tells me that there was a nail in the tire. Keep in mind that I never used them before. I call RAF telling them about the tire and asking to cover the bill for tire repair. We are not even talking about a new tire. The guy on the phone says it is fine to send the bill and I give the mechanic green lights. Now RAF keeps sending me the bill for the tire which I respond in a mail that it is agreed to send it in and that I wouldnt pay for a broken tire anyhow. There is not a single response, besides repeat invoices, until today where they had the audacity to forward the bill to a collection agency. I am absolutely fuming. I will give them a call tomorrow and then contact a lawyer. This is absolutely ridiculus. By the way we are talking 400dkk-ish. I need a new car now for my wife and at least I know where not to buy from. Learn from my lesson and go somewhere else. EDIT: RAF decided to cancel the invoice, I guess thats a good ending

Var inde ved dem, da airconditionanlægget på min Suzuki ikke virkede. Ville have det fikset på garantien, men de fastholdte at det intet fejlede og lavede i stedet et dyrt aircondition service som så virkede i 14 dage. Senere har jeg så skiftet værksted og de konstaterer under et alm. Service at anlægget et helt ødelagt (ikke noget der sker over natten forlyder det). Nu betaler jeg af egen lomme. Det er dyrt at bruge sådan et værksted som RAF Motors.
