HyBalance is located in Hobro, Denmark on Jyllandsvej 25. HyBalance is rated 3 out of 5 in the category renewables & environment in Denmark. HyBalance is a project that demonstrates the use of hydrogen in energy systems. The hydrogen will be produced from water electrolyses, enabling the storage of cheap renewable electricity from wind turbines. It will thus help balance the grid, and the green hydrogen will be used for clean transportation and in the industry. Partners in the project are Air Liquide, Hydrogenics, Ludwig-Bölkow-Systemtechnik, Neas Energy and Hydrogen Valley/CEMTEC. The HyBalance project has received funding from the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking under grant agreement No 671384.
