one of the best online shopping experiences we ever had. placed a large order for various furnitures that needed to travel to UK. I ordered a lamp on October 15th. Expected delivery time at the time of purchase 9-14 days. Then you wrote that you expeted to be able to send the lamp not later than October 30th 2020. I'm still waiting, it's been 40 working days. Bad customer service.

Kaufen bei byflou nicht empfohlen, verarsche ! Sieht das Kommentar unter mir (meiner Frau), es ist eine einzige lüge. Wir haben so oft angerufen, haben nie jemanden erreicht. Unsere Mails wurden nicht beantwortet, auf unser Angebot wurde nicht eingegangen oder beantwortet. WIR HABEN DEN TISCH NICHT GENUTZT! Es ist peinlich den Tisch nicht zurück zunehmen. Er steht immer noch gepackt bei uns im Orginal Karton, Orginal verpackt, NAGELNEU!!!! Und könnte weiter als neu verkaufen werden, weil er NEU ist und unbenutzt. Das tolle Angebot von byflou: 50% Kaufpreis zurück zu bekommen und 100 Euro Versand selbst zu tragen. Ist traurig. 1380 Euro haben wir gezahlt sind mir abzüglich Versand 590 euro die wir bekommen würden. Dafür dass wir so auf den Tisch gespart haben, schmeißen wir das Geld einfach weg ? TRAURIG, hoffentlich fallen nicht noch mehr drauf rein. Unser Geld ist zumindest weg ! Hier für alle nochmal Fotos, es ist alles gepackt unund unbenutzt ;) super schlechter Kundenservies.
