Rude staff and really really bad service!!! Instead you should use A. G. Repair in Ordrup, which is a much better place to get your computer fixed.
Worst service ever. Not recommended. In the 4 days that my laptop spent there, they spent 2 minutes on trying to find a problem that did not exist, instead of calling me and asking for clarification.

...poor poor service! Handed in my mac laptop on a Wednesday and was told it would take 1-2 days to do the analysis. Hadn't heard from them Friday afternoon and went by the shop to hear what was going on. It turned out they hadn't even looked at the computer but promised they would give me feedback later that very same day or the day after latest. Monday noon I called them - and again was told they hadn't looked at the computer yet but I could expect they would within the next 1-2 days. Decided to pick up the computer and find another (reliable) repair shop instead! Poor poor service which def cannot be recommended.
Super service
This have to be the most lousy PC repair service I have ever used. It cost me 200 kr for a diagnosis of the computer and it took the store 6 days to just get around to just look at it, I am quite sure that had I not called in I would have waited another 2 days. In short DON'T USE THIS STORE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BECAUSE IT IS WASTED IN THIS STORE.
