Very sad that an embassy has reached the bottom of the pit. Have sent two e-mails and have been phoning the embassy daily for three weeks. No reply to my mails and no person to answer the phone. Consular section home page is also outdated with a non existent telephone number. I also know of a Danish diplomat who also cannot reach the SA embassy in CPH. So sad to think of the much needed revenue, investment and jobs SA is losing daily through a dysfunctional embassy. It feels as if they have packed up and moved out.

Bad Service. You can call 20 times in the time interval proposed on the website and nobody answers. Totally unacceptable for an Embassy. When they answer, the person is useless, she cannot say anything, does not know, and is always saying that is not her problem, and you as a 'customer' should find out. Not being able to point in the right direction or give an advice is very poor service. She should get fired, and a more pro active one should be hired. I would give it 0 stars if possible, even 1 star is to much.

Worst experience ever. You call 20 times and if you are lucky someone will pick up the phone. When you finally get a hold of them, there's no willingness to help what so ever.
