During my two weeks stay at Aarhus Hostel, I have only received great service from all the employees. In particular from the manager, she was super helpful. Due to corona, everyone is a little more suspicious about having hand sanitizers and clear signs on how to behave in some places, Aarhus Hostel nailed that as well. For instance, clear communication to the guests and heaps of sanitizer dispensers. Also, big thumbs up for the cleaning team. Everything in the Hostel was just top-notch clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ridiculous. No soap in rooms, no linens on bed, no towels for free, no one for assistance, no restaurant available, poor quality infrastructure, smells like old cave (humidity?),... You can "rent" clean towels and bed linens, or bring your own (who does that, seriously?). If you don't put (yourself) the rented linens on the bed, the hostel will charge you 1000dkk for cleaning your bed. Booking cost are just a part, here, you'll have to pay more - as HIDDEN COSTS. Definitely a bad choice, never again.

Ok venue, small rooms, old and used, but it worked fine for a the seminar I attended. The coffee was horrible though!
