This was a fine camp site, we camped in family tent and also rented a family hut/house. Both were clean and presentable and no issues at all. We used the swimming pool and waterpark area for the kids once, but you have to pay extra for this. A nice little walk through a stratch of woods along the beach, which leads right into the campsite. Decent fish smoking house and cafe next door. The local Spar supermarket has some very decent wines. A corkscrew was missing from the utensils draw to open the wine, but we manage to find a spare from reception.
The quality of the pizza is reflected on the cleaningless of the toilets. The same guys does it all. All personnel seems to be from eastern Europe... Wondering if it is the low salaries they get pay or Danes refuse to work there The charges for the water pool includes toddlers that can even walk... Thanks for that. I'm sure not to be back, unless i use the toilets for free. That's why 3 stars and not 2. Kids seems to have good time. Good location and close to the island capital
What a wonderful place! Stayed there one week, my son and me and have had a great time. Just few meters to the sea, we have made great walks along the coast together with our dog. Directly in front of the camp site is a big dog walk with great view to the sea (and sundown!). Facilities were very clean and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Also the restaurant and the snackbar on the site have good service. Just two minutes walk is a famous fish smokehouse, for take away as well es eat in the restaurant/at the terrace.
