We love the experience! We rented to make a 9 days road trip in Sweden and everything was perfect! The customer service it was kindly and fast, our campervan was like new! Just 2,000 km and everything works perfect! We highly recommend CamperWorld! Thank you so much!

Rented an autocamper here recently, and it was a bad experience. Firstly the staff did not expect us. Secondly, it took a lot of time to change the battery and check the gas, so we were delayed from the start. Thirdly, the water tank was over-filled, so we leaked when we took off. Fourthly, and most importantly, none of us were able to sleep in the autocamper, because of a weird, strong, chemical smell from one of the cupboards. We had problems with the staff's intern communication as well. I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are sure that Camperworld have fixed the above mentioned issues before renting!

I was really nervous based on what I had seen on these reviews. We received the van with no issues and got our deposit back the same day. All seemed totally legit, the reviews stressed me out but I didn’t have to worry in the end. Great holiday thanks

Only 3 words. Very ,very , bad. They cancelled the service 2 days before my journey. No penalty to the campany, for me hard time to get the money back.

Horrible service: One of the beds in our 5 bed camper didn't work causing pain and discomfort on our 10 day trip. Camperworld have been ignoring calls, voicemails, emails and have offered no type of compensation.

Worst experience ever, We rented a camper home in September 2017 for a week and payed a deposit of 7000 DKK that has not been returned yet (after FOUR MONTHS of unanswered calls and lame excuses). Unscrupulous behaviour! I would never recommend Camper world to anyone.

THEY DON'T RETURN SECURITY DEPOSITS. ITS A WELL ORGANIZED SCHEME. Further details bellow Me and my girlfriend rented a Camper from camperworld in September 2017 for a total of 7 days. As part of the contract we left a security deposit of 900 (Around 6 702.52 Danish Kron). When we returned the camper van in the end of the contract, they told us that the person responsible to return us the security deposit was not presented so they would only send us the money on the next day, and confirmed that the caravan was in perfect conditions and every thing was ok. After this we called everyday for them to deposit the money back and everyday they would play with us and say they would do it on the next day, at one point they stooped picking the phone up so we called with unidentified numbers and they would pick up and give the same excuse. Currently we are suing them with lawyers and are taking them to court. Great way to finish a vacation! Therefore if you want to get your money stolen and be toyed with rent a camper hear! Great bunch of thieves! On the camper themselves, They are ok but are really bad cleaned with a lot of humidity smell. And make shore everything works. we didn't have a TV and no Air-condition and we just realizes when we were gone. Update - They closed their facebook page because me and other people were complaining of the same problem. And they picked up the phone saying they wouldn't pay and that no one would get their money. After 1 year still no money back. Do not give a cent to this company they will rob you Conclusion, they really are robing people and the owner Brian Clemens said that we would just close the company and open it again so that nobody would get their money.
